I’ve been going to CrossFit Trumbull about 3 months after looking at a few other CrossFits in the area. This is definitely the nicest facility with plenty of room and equipment. The trainers are great and give you plenty of attention to teach you the proper techniques for the workouts. Being new to CrossFit, I was not sure what to expect with the workouts. They can be challenging but are modifiable to all levels of age, fitness and ability. You work in a group setting but are only competing with yourself to get better. The other members are super nice and welcoming as well. After just a few months I am definitely stronger and in better shape. I would recommend CrossFit Trumbull to anyone looking to lose fat, gain lean muscle, and get in better shape to live a healthier life!
Awesome workouts, great coaches! They take the time to instruct and demonstrate movements for the workouts and motivate athletes during the workout, while checking for proper form. Members are also encouraging and welcoming! Highly recommend!
I’m in the best shape of my life. Recently I’ve noticed muscle definition that I haven’t seen in years. Jodi, Chris, and the staff are great motivators. I recommend everyone to join or at least try it for a week.
Beautiful new equipment and good social crowd. Workouts have intense cardio mixed in with the heavy lifts so they always kick ass.

5 stars for sure! The members are awesome, super supportive and friendly and the coaching staff is outstanding. The coaches are approachable, knowledgeable and committed to see their members progress and meet their goals. I love this place!
