WOD 1 for our same sex, two person team comp on Saturday, December 7th.
You and your partner have 6 minutes to each find your 6 rep max on Front Squats. The weight has to be lifted from the floor. You may Power, hang, or squat clean the weight up. If you squat clean it, that rep will count towards your 6 reps of the front squat!
